Istome.co.uk is operated by Is To Me Ltd, registered at Companies House under registration number SC478930 our main trading address is held on file at companies house, we are a VAT registered trading business with HMRC.
2.0 Email newsletter
If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services. You can opt out of these at any point and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time.
The discount code that is provided following subscription to the newsletter can not be used in conjunction with any other offers, such as sale items and clearance. Offer excludes gift wrap, gift vouchers and made-to-order items.
2.1 Mobile Telephone Number
In order to offer a bespoke delivery service our courier partner requires a mobile telephone number to advise of delivery. We are assured by UPS and Royal Mail that they will never share this information with third parties. The team at Is To Me care about your private data and we also will never share this information.

It should be remembered that natural variations occurring in wood, fabric, china and porcelain should not be considered defects and as such Is To Me does not guarantee the color fastness or matching of colors, grains, textures or surface oxidation of such materials.
We aim to provide accurate representation of finishes, fabrics, and materials displayed on our website however due to lighting conditions and resolution qualities on different computer monitors, representation of colour may vary from actual product. Should you wish please contact us for a finish or fabric sample.
7.0 Right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
- for the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the retailer;
- for the supply of good made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Pre-Order bulky purchases such as desks, beds and wardrobes that are ordered on your behalf direct with the supplier may not be cancelled once the order has shipped from the manufacturer, to us or directly to you.
Should Is To Me list the price of an item incorrectly through non intentional errors Is To Me maintains the right to cancel the order offering a full refund of all costs incurred. Is To Me also retains the right to cancel an order at any time, this will always be done by first contacting you to advise of the reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site . We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.
9.0 Sale Exclusions
Any offer of sale or discount codes excludes certain items, these are but not limited to Oliver Furniture and Mustard Made, additional items may be excluded from time to time. This exclusion also applies to items already on sale or pre-orders placed before the offer of "sale" is made. For any clarification ahead of making a purchase please contact us.
These terms are governed by Scottish law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by Scottish law. You and we both agree that the courts of Scotland will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in England, Wales or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings here.
