How often will new products and design be featured?

As often as possible! There are plenty of ways to stay up to date with all Is To Me newness. Stay up to date by visiting our New in section, subscribe to our e-newsletter, visit our blog, or follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

When will my order arrive?

Standard order deliveries are dispatched within 2-3 business days, whilst Express Delivery orders made are sent on the same business day, provided we receive your order before 12:00 midday (GMT).  Express Delivery is 2 days. Please pop along to our delivery page for more details.

Should you require your order urgently we off our premium Next Day service.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

We’ll send you an email with dispatch and tracking details, once your order has been carefully packed

I only received part of my order what should I do?

Due to product availability and more than one Is To Me warehouse and fulfillment approach we have shipped your order in more than one delivery. Your dispatch confirmation email will clearly state if any items are coming separately or on a back order. Should you have any questions then please contact us.

Do you offer gift-wrap?

At this time we are not able to offer this service, though we aim to do so in the future.

The product I want Is showing as “out of stock”, how will I know when it is available again?

We work hard at projecting sales, identifying trends and ordering products accordingly. However from time to time, we may run out of stock. In this event, rest assured we may already reordered this product if it is available from the respective supplier. You can also sign up to be notified when such stock arrives and is available to order again.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Due to BREXIT and customs fee’s to be paid outside of the UK, we are currently not able to ship outside the UK. We are working with our customs partners to resolve this and hope to be in a position to resume international shipping shortly.

Do you offer trade discounts?

In certain cases we are able to offer trade discounts for bulk orders to Designers, Stylist, Architects and other industry professionals.  Contact  hello@istome.co.uk with your enquiry and we shall respond accordingly.
